Finding our Flow in life goes beyond the sole practice of yoga. This space offers an opportunity to start with yoga, and as the community grows there will be more to offer.

The aim is to provide a space for everyone to grow, to expand their horizons and create a life that fulfills them as well as provides for them and insures a bright future for generations to come.

Opportunities for exploring ideas and places, discovering, learning, entrepreneuring, building and giving back, because our health and wealth are detrimental to the health and wealth of the planet and the future generations.

Today, we are contributing 1% of each purchase with Stripe.

We aim to increase this contribution to 20% in 2 years.

Hi ! I’m Nad :)

Passionate about yoga since 2016, I have been teaching the practice since 2018. I am an international yoga teacher certified RYT-200 by Yoga International Alliance.

I am also a blockchain consultant & innovation engineer with a strong academic & professional background.

Certain of the role that individual awareness has to play in solving today’s biggest challenges, I dedicate myself to facilitating change from within for a sustainable future on Earth.
